Now that you have invested in a multitude of classes, Wednesday nights are the perfect time to get into the habit of practicing what you have learned. And believe me, it doesn't take long before you forget or fall back into old habits.
At PraXis, we provide the space, the music, and some assistance if you need it. This is a casual and comfortable environment where you can practice at your own pace without fear of getting in the way. Bring your videos to help you remember or ask other people who took the same class and together you can recreate the pattern.
